With mornings getting colder and days feeling longer, many of us struggle to find the drive to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.  For a nutritious breakfast and a boost of energy to get you through the day, think smoothie bowls- one of the biggest breakfast trends out! Not only do they look incredible on your social media pages, they also have many health benefits to get you through the weekly grind.
We have picked our favourite smoothie bowl recipes to inspire our beautiful butterflies and ensure they get the most out of every day…

Going COCO-nuts smoothie bowl
Blend 1/2 cup coconut water, 2/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 large frozen banana, 1/2 vanilla bean seeds, and a pinch of salt in a blender until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and top with fresh coconut, banana and a drizzle of honey.

Berrylicious smoothie bowl
Blend 2 cups frozen berries, 1 cup of almond milk, 4 teaspoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a blender until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and top with more chia seeds, fresh berries and a dollop of peanut butter.

Mango-tango smoothie bowl
Blend 3/4 cup of frozen mango, 3/4 cup of pineapple, 1 small banana, and 1/2 cup of coconut water until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and top with fresh mango, kiwi, 2 dates, and shredded coconut.

Green and lean smoothie bowl
Blend 1 cup of kale leaves, 1/2 an avocado, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 a banana, a 1/2 cup of ice, and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with the raspberries, kiwi, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, remaining 1/2 banana, and a drizzle of agave.

Pineapple crunch smoothie bowl
Blend 1 cup of pineapple, 1 cup of mango, 1 packet of frozen pitaya (dragon fruit), 2 handfuls of baby spinach, 1/2 a kiwi, and 1/2 a cup of almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with granola, mango, strawberries, kiwi and banana.
