Introducing some fresh pineapple to your daily diet is a great way to boost your immune system and stay healthy, so let’s discuss some of the health benefits this magical fruit offers!

Along with all those internal benefits, pineapples also have many wonderful external uses too. Here’s a few recipes you may like to have a little fun with at home…

Hydrate your skin

Mix all of above together and PRESTO you have a hydrating face mask!  Leave on for approximately 20 mins, rinse off and moisturise- magic!

Want strong nails?
Pineapples are full of healthy nail nutrients, which enable your nails to grow strong and healthy! Apply fresh pineapple paste to your nails and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.  Wash away and the result is beautifully moisturised, shiny nails.

Hate those chapped lips?
Full of vitamin E, pineapples provide relief, hydrate, nourish and repair your lips.  Use fresh pineapple juice along with a little coconut oil and watch your lips be transformed! Not only will this treatment nourish, it will gently exfoliate the dead skin cells for lusciously kissable lips!
